Working on an extremely dilapidated building that was also grade II listed, meant that there were a number of planning conditions to be discharged, as well as intricate works to be completed. The project to convert the building into self-contained living accommodation with a retail space on the ground floor as well as an additional new build annex to the rear, demonstrated DAKO’s specialism of working on such schemes.
